With a growing Limited English Proficiency (LEP) population, there is an increasing need for professional interpreters that can help facilitate access to services in the community. Our trainings will equip you with the professional skills needed to help provide communicative autonomy to the LEP population in your community.
As a provider, you probably want to do a great job at providing quality services regardless of what language your clients speak. We know this isn't always easy! So our trainings are designed to teach you the do's and don'ts of working with interpreters to help you feel confident when you schedule an appointment with a non-English speaking client.
Our on-site or virtual trainings for dual-role interpreters are designed to include the terminology needs and ethical considerations of your organization. This is a great alternative to using an interpreter dispatching agency in order to maximize your budget, while meeting the needs of your community.
You aren't alone! At Speakworthy we understand and believe in the power of a professional network. As a part of our Speakworthy community you'll have access to 1-1 support video calls, live Q&A's, networking opportunities, and more!
